History

Shenyang International School (SYIS) is a non-profit private school. It currently located in the Minzu Economic Development Zone. The campus includes 2 teaching buildings, a newly renovated auditorium, and a newly renovated indoor PE facility. The facilities will be sufficient to meet the school's needs for years to come.

There are now 165 students enrolled at SYIS, making SYIS the largest international school in Shenyang.   SYIS is also the only school in Shenyang to offer an American curriculum from junior kindergarten through grade twelve and taught solely in English by expatriate teachers.
