Procedure Outline

Step 1:  Apply. You will need:

1.    Complete Application for Enrollment Form(photo must be attached)

2.    Copy of passport with a valid visa

3.    Two years of school records (JK & K applicants need to fill out the Readiness Questionnaire.)

4.    Signed Statement of Purpose and Core Values

Step 2:  Admission Test. You will need:

1.    Schedule a testing date

2.    Pay the testing fee of 200 RMB

3.    Take the test

Step 3: Principal evaluation and notification of acceptance/denial.

The Student Services Office will communicate the results of the evaluation through a phone call no more than 5 business days after admission test.

Step 4: After acceptance, you will need the following before the first day of school:

1.    Complete the following forms:

- Legal Release and Medical Consent Form

- Student Medical Form

-- Medical Declaration

-- Bad Weather “Snow Day” Policy

- Bus Form (optional)

- SYIS Acceptable Use Policy

- Medication & Allergy Form

- Community Survey

2.    All applicable fees paid

3.    Meet with Principal
