Tuition and Fees

SYIS determines tuition on an annual basis, which are assessed at the time of registration. It is payable in accordance with an approved payment plan.  

Tuition Payments and Refund Policy

Parents are responsible for the payment of all school fees, which must be paid in full before report cards, diplomas, and transcripts will be released. If a student withdraws early, tuition will only be refunded for full quarters not attended.

If a student applies and is accepted into the school some time after the commencement of the school year, tuition will be charged for the half quarter of entry and all subsequent quarters.

No portion of tuition shall be refunded for a student dismissed by expulsion or disciplinary reasons.

Tuition payments are not transferable to another student.

Delinquent Accounts

Tuition payments are due to the school without a school invoice.  

Payments 5 days past due, including weekends and holidays, are subject to a 200 yuan late fee unless other arrangements have been made with the finance office.  If payments are 15 days past due, including weekends and holidays, students may be excluded from classes until payment is made.

Report cards and transcripts will be withheld from students whose accounts are delinquent.
